Funniest Sight of the Week

Big news....we've got new hair. Well, sort of. The fact is, Dirk has no hair at all and I have got myself a decent head of dreds after much daily work and a lot of help from other hands. We've somehow held off on breaking the news for about three weeks, but it was worth the wait because it takes dreds a while to look good, and not like frizzy nest on my head. Even though you might think having all your hair knotted into little ropes would be easy to take care of, I spend at least an hour a day counter-intuitively back-combing and knotting my hair. It's way more time than I ever spent untangling my normal old hair.

Hey there you crazy kids! It's SO AMAZING to read all of your stories! I'm super psyched to hear all about your adventures over the past few months! What a treat!
It's pretty funny that you dislike Honduras so much, I loved it greatly - the second time around - and I was treated like a queen & escorted day and night, I can see how it might be otherwise unpleasant. I stayed at a magnificant place outside of Tegus. I will try to find out where and post it later. How far South are you guys planning to go?
Well, you've certainly won a place on my bookmark bar!
Be well ~

You guys are the ace travelers -- you'll have to lead the old duffers next time!
